  3. Do some gentle exercise like walking
  4. Try eating fresh ginger, or drinking gingerale. Ginger is known to have a settling effect on the stomach
  5. Make sure you eat a dry biscuit or cracker before getting up in the morning while you are still in bed
  6. Use lavender oil on your pillow
  7. Try some medication techniques with soothing music
  8. Avoid smells that will set off your nausea. Some perfumes or deodorants and also cooking certain foods – these smells will set off your morning sickness.

Now unless you actually try some of these remedies you will not really know if these will help stop morning sickness.

It sometimes helps to understand what is actually happening in your body before trying to find ways to alleviate morning sickness symptoms – and then you can understand why some remedies even exist.
